We offer support for expecting and new parents, covering topics such as baby care basics, newborn sleep, coping skills, soothing techniques, and time management. Our experienced and compassionate newborn specialists and/or postpartum doulas can help alleviate your anxiety by answering your questions and troubleshooting your situation. You can choose between one-on-one sessions or group classes. Our team of experts will educate you, prepare you for your baby’s arrival, and guide you through the first few months. We provide virtual 24/7 text support, group classes, or private classes in the comfort of your own home.

Expecting Parents Plus
Best time is 6-8 weeks before due date
This consultation is great for expectant parents who from day one would like to have a solid foundation of the basics of daily care. This consultation will cover the basics of healthy sleep, as well as some coping skills for those first few months. This is a great opportunity to get all of your questions answered about the first few weeks/months, so that you’re ready for baby’s arrival. (all information is based on studies/research/experience with full-term babies)

Breastfeeding 101 Education
Best time is between 30-36 weeks of pregnancy
Whether this is your first or third child, this class will be beneficial to make the feeding and bonding in those first few weeks a little smoother. There is so much information about the amazing benefits, advantages, physiological and technical aspects of breastfeeding that we can guide you through. Our goal is to provide you with practical tips, evidence-based knowledge, and the confidence to navigate the journey of nourishing and connecting with your baby.
Breastfeeding 101 is a comprehensive virtual class that deep dives into each topic with our resident Lactation Consultant. This class best serves you when it is scheduled between 30-36 weeks pregnant.
