The Fourteen Week White-Glove Experience
Why Fourteen Weeks?
A full 14-week engagement provides time not only to introduce healthy foundations, but also to reinforce, adjust, and maintain them as your baby grows. Newborn development is not linear. A routine that works beautifully during one week may need to be adjusted during the next. Feeding changes, growth spurts, increased alertness, digestive discomfort, developmental progress, and changing sleep needs can all affect the household.
A longer engagement allows us to respond to these changes without repeatedly starting over. With four overnights each week, your baby experiences meaningful consistency, while parents receive regular opportunities for restorative sleep and recovery. This balance gives the entire family more stability during a season that can otherwise feel unpredictable.
A Fully Supported Overnight Experience
Your NCS manages overnight care with calm, attentive, and discreet professionalism. This can include:
- Feeding or bringing your baby to you for breastfeeding
- Bottle and pump preparation
- Washing and sanitizing feeding supplies
- Diapering and changing
- Soothing and settling
- Supporting safe and developmentally appropriate sleep practices
- Observing feeding, digestion, sleep, and comfort patterns
- Recording relevant overnight information
- Adjusting the overnight approach as your baby develops
This consistent presence allows parents to sleep more regularly while remaining informed and connected to their baby’s care.
Customized Sleep Foundations
Over 14 weeks, your NCS can observe how your baby responds at different developmental stages. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all schedule, we create a responsive strategy based on your baby’s temperament, gestational and developmental age, feeding needs, sleep cues, comfort patterns, growth, family routines, and readiness for gradual changes. Our aim is to nurture healthy sleep habits while continuing to protect your baby’s emotional well-being and sense of safety.
Feeding and Comfort Patterns Over Time
All relevant feeds and overnight patterns are tracked thoughtfully. The extended timeframe allows us to look beyond individual nights and identify patterns that may be influencing your baby’s comfort, rest, or regulation. When appropriate, we can help families prepare clear, useful observations to share with pediatricians, lactation consultants, feeding professionals, or other members of the baby’s care team.
Supporting Safety, Trust, and Regulation
All care is provided through a calm, responsive, and relationship-centered approach. We recognize and respond to your baby’s cues in ways that support comfort, regulation, connection, and trust. Our goal is never simply to make a baby sleep. It is to help create healthy sleep foundations while ensuring your baby continues to feel safe, understood, and appropriately supported.
Transitions With Greater Ease
As your baby grows, routines and sleep practices must evolve. When your baby demonstrates developmental readiness, we help guide your family through transitions such as moving from a swaddle to a sleep sack. These changes are approached gradually and thoughtfully, with attention to safe sleep guidance, your baby’s comfort, and the routines already in place.
Parent Coaching That Extends Beyond the Newborn Stage
Throughout the engagement, you receive personalized education and support based on your baby’s real patterns and your family’s priorities. Coaching may include understanding sleep and feeding cues, creating sustainable daily and overnight rhythms, preparing for developmental transitions, responding to changing soothing needs, supporting age-appropriate sleep development, recognizing when an adjustment may be needed, knowing when to involve an outside professional, and preparing to maintain your baby’s routines after overnight care ends.
Our goal is for you to finish the experience feeling capable, informed, rested, and prepared, not dependent on continued professional care.

The Value of Consistency
The Fourteen-Week Nurtured Package includes 56 overnights of expert newborn care, along with ongoing professional observation, documentation, education, coaching, and support. This level of continuity gives us time to build trust and familiarity with your baby, recognize patterns that may not be visible during occasional care, adjust strategies as your baby develops, reinforce healthy habits through repetition and consistency, support parents through several phases of postpartum recovery, and prepare the family to confidently continue after services end. This is what separates comprehensive newborn support from temporary nighttime relief.
A Thoughtful Investment in Your Family’s Beginning
The White Glove Experience is designed for families who want more than occasional overnight assistance. It is for parents who value expertise, consistency, responsive care, restorative sleep, and a well-supported beginning for both their baby and themselves. Your investment supports not only the nights we are present, but the confidence, education, recovery, and personalized foundations your family carries forward long after our final overnight together.
