With over 20 years of experience in childcare, Meghan McGorty is a highly skilled Newborn Care Specialist, accomplished career nanny, and trusted household manager. Known for her calm, nurturing presence, Meghan brings confidence and reassurance to every family she works with; supporting children from infancy through adolescence while creating structured, loving environments where both children and parents can thrive.
Meghan specializes in the daily care of newborns, including overnight support, expert guidance in infant feeding and sleep, swaddling, and establishing healthy routines. She also excels in managing the day-to-day operations of a busy household; handling everything from scheduling and organization to meal preparation, laundry, and activity coordination.
Her remarkable 15-year tenure with a single family is a testament to her integrity, loyalty, and her understating the value of long-term, trust-based relationships
Her approach is rooted in clear communication, consistency, and a deep passion for fostering healthy child development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Child Psychology from Worcester State University, is a trained Newborn Care Specialist, and is CPR and First Aid certified.
A mom to two adventurous young daughters, Meghan enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling with her family, and spending time with their beloved yellow lab, Luna. She believes every child deserves a joyful, secure start—and every parent deserves support they can rely on.
