Ten Week Premier Package
Why Ten Weeks Can Make a Meaningful Difference
The first six weeks often center on recovery, feeding, and surviving the immediate transition into your new normal. In the weeks that follow, families may begin to encounter a different set of needs. Your baby may become:
- More awake and observant
- More sensitive to stimulation
- Less likely to sleep anywhere at any time
- More affected by digestive discomfort
- More particular about soothing and settling
- More likely to show changing feeding or sleep patterns
With continued support, we can observe these changes over time rather than responding to each new challenge in isolation. Your NCS can help identify what may be a normal developmental transition, what may benefit from a routine adjustment, and what may warrant a conversation with another qualified provider.
Emotional Regulation Through Growth
As babies become increasingly aware of their surroundings, they may also experience periods of overstimulation, fussiness, and difficulty settling. Our Newborn Care Specialists (NCS) provide calm, predictable, responsive care that supports your baby through these changes. Repeated, consistent experiences of being understood and consistently responded to foster feelings of safety, trust, and connection, the first wave of building that secure attachment.
Feeding and Digestive Development
During the second and third months, feeding patterns and digestive comfort can continue to evolve. We carefully observe your baby’s feeds, sleep, elimination, comfort, and behavior so that recommendations are based on patterns rather than a single difficult night. This longer window allows us to help families:
- Recognize changes in hunger and fullness cues
- Evaluate feeding and settling patterns
- Identify possible contributors to gas or discomfort
- Make thoughtful adjustments within our professional scope
- Prepare useful observations for pediatric or feeding appointments
- Support more comfortable and restful nights whenever possible
- Continue to prioritize healthy and sustainable sleep habits
Ongoing Expert Guidance
During weeks seven through ten, families often have new questions:
- Is this sleep change normal?
- Is my baby getting enough during feeds?
- Why is my baby suddenly harder to settle?
- Are we creating habits that will be difficult to change?
- Should we adjust the routine or wait?
- Is this discomfort something we should discuss with our pediatrician?
You will not have to navigate these questions without context or support. You will continue working with professionals who already know your baby and can offer individualized guidance based on what they have observed.
Our Goals by the End of Ten Weeks
- A stronger and more established sleep foundation
- Greater consistency in overnight care and routines
- Improved understanding of your baby’s changing cues
- Thoughtful strategies for feeding, soothing, and settling
- Continued physical and emotional recovery for parents

- Access to appropriate professional referrals when additional support is needed
The Value of the Premier Experience
The Premier Package is not simply four additional weeks of care. It provides more consistent care and visits, greater continuity, and professional guidance during a period when many newborn patterns begin to change. Thirty overnights allow your newborn care specialist to observe your baby across multiple stages, make careful adjustments, reinforce healthy habits, and help your family respond to change without losing the foundation established during the earliest weeks.
